if u fast forward to 00:42 theres a light that goes around the corner on the top right side of the screen then again at the bottom left

is this a flashlight? thats the only explaination that i can give lol

Yep, it's a flashlight.

Did you notice the clip where Andy was taking a temperature reading with the non-contact IR thermometer? Steve said he felt a cold spot, and Andy was pointing his thermometer at Steve and it was hitting the window behind Steve.
