At first I said "Bug crawling on the dome, fly or something", but then that shadow threw me a screwball! I can't say what that is.

I thought the same at first.  It would be helpful to see the footage uncut in case there is something more to it.

It doesn't help us get closer to the truth when CNN is quoting people saying, "It's a ghost. Of course it is," or "I know what I see."  It is interesting, though.  Classic example of a  "shadow person" phenomenon.  However, I have to say, I'm having trouble discerning the human form of it.  I agree with you, Kristen:  let's see a larger, unedited clip to establish context.

So, Glenn, did you post this to scare me straight (so to speak) about how I treat my students?  ;)
If you want to end your misery, start enjoying it, because there's nothing the universe begrudges more than our enjoyment.

Ya, Karl...we have to keep you in check somehow! :)

Hmmm, that is interesting, need to think about how you could get that shadow.
200 years ago, our communication over computers would have been deemed magical and we all would have been burned at the stake.  200 years from now, explanations for what we call Paranormal will be in Science Textbooks.

They were talking about it on the TAPS forum.  My opinion I stated there is its a bat that got into the school or a moth.  Both would be flying close to the light and it could easily produce that kind of shadowing.  I hate security cameras.  The video is always choppy, so it makes it so much easier to fake something as well.  But I'm going with a moth flying close the light.

I agree, the pixels are so blocky and low quality. Depending on the camera it could have been just trying to catch up in rendering that portion of the video causing the shadow. When there's low light, cameras have a tendency to not focus well and pixels are discolored, looking like shadows or odd video artifacts many times in these types of security videos in my opinion.
