I love it!  I would pay the $199 to stay in the "Room With a Boo".    :D

If the activity in this hotel is intelligent, I wonder if the entity (entities) knows that the hotel owners and staff are intentionally drawing guests and attention because of them and if so, how they feel about that attention.  At the very least it would make for interesting EVP questions.

I think the owners are trying to scare up business and if the can make thier hotel as famous as the Stanley Hotel.
