Dave, I think you want one just so you can invite your friends over and say, "I'll bet you 50 bucks I can get my goat to roll over and play dead when I open up my umbrella."

I knew a goat that would get startled and faint like this all the time. Except instead of being a goat it was a guy. And instead of fainting he woulld just urinate himself. And instead of all the time he just did it once......... but it was still pretty funny.
Probably the earliest flyswatters were nothing more than some sort of striking surface attached to the end of a long stick.
