I never heard of this alleged "curse" associated with the discovery of the bronze-age mummy in the Italian Alps. But here is a recent article about the resolution of a 17-year legal battle over the "finder's fee".

This is the first I've heard of the curse also, but it is awfully coincidental that so many people connected with the find are now deceased.  Or then again, how old were all these people, that wasn't mentioned in the article...  Maybe they were all in a group skydiving accident or something.   ???

I too have never heard of this curse.
Maybe the curse has to do with being sued.
