I used to watch this show a lot.  I really did enjoy the way it was made.  Some of the story line was good too.

One show that really impressed me was in the first season. A scientist and his assistant had managed to contain a small fragment of a quantum singularity for use as a weapon. Of course, the scientist's assistant turned out to be a secret agent, but the idea of using a black hole as a weapon really blew me away.
