Found this clip on youtube and thought it was worth sharing. I like the simple experiment they set up, and the simple manner in which they conducted it.

I respect that the result is believably unspectacular and small as compared to a machine shop's chairs moving with herky-jerky stop-frame animation and dividers snapping back onto the floor.  I don't think anyone looking to fake this result would bother with this low-tech special effect.

Also, I too like the simplicity of the trigger items.  The EVPs that were showcased earlier in this clip were not consistently the same voice, though.  Not sure if that means anything.  Regardless, it's a little premature to say this is a "ghost caught on tape" (especially since there's no videotape involved :-\).

Thanks for posting this, Brian.  Interesting.

The results were indeed unspectacular, but we must take the videographer's word that nobody was in the house at the time of this capture. Of course the car could have been moved by someone using a very stong magnet in the basement. It could be just a publicity stunt for the TV show.  :)

Their only claim was that the video wasn't altered in anyway. They make no  claim as to whether the video is a trick of some sort.
