Are military bases haunted?

Here's an article that really caught my eye; Scientific American reports on paranormal activities attributed to military bases. I've heard many reports of paranormal activity at North Island and some of our other local bases, so this article intrigued me. Thought I'd share this with our PPI forum family members.
