Hey Connie,

No, I haven't figured it out yet. I recorded six more times in the same area at about the same time of day, but did not get that sound. All HVAC in the room was turned off, the lights were out, and the PA system was not only powered off but unplugged. An additional sound system had been installed for the new video projector, but I checked that and it too was powered off. Took EMF readings, IR thermometer readings and found nothing unusual. There is nothing on that side of the room but some tables and chairs and a large trophy case mounted to the wall. Even ran through with the lights out with an IR Hi-8 NightShot video camera. Nothing. I was alone in the building. I am stumped.

I tried to post the audio clip, but its not a supported file type for this section of the forum. I will try under the Evidence section and see if that works.

That would be nice. Maybe someone will be able to identify it or rule out all 'natural' stuff (which it sounds like you already have) and than you can start analyzing it as paranormal...would be great! Good luck...looking forward to hearing it.
