Australian Psychologist Harvey J. Irwin from the University of New England wrote the first four editions of this textbook. Now in its fifth edition, the one reviewed here, Irwin is joined by Caroline A. Watt of the University of Edinburgh. Sidian M. S. Jones reviews what he calls "clearly the most balanced, accurate and current text for anyone interested in a true introduction to parapsychology."
