Is this, or is this not just the reflection of the "RECESSED LIGHTING" in the hotel room.  Oh!  It's a UFO!  Yeah...right.

Yea it does look a lot like lights being reflected.  That's why I hate pictures from strangers.  If it was somebody you know, you could ask them if they knew what the lights in the room looked like.  If the room has lights that are nothing like that, that picture gets a lot more interesting.
