That is true it could be a scam.  But there are some colleges that off these courses.

Yes, parapsychology was offered as part of the psych courses I took at the community college I attended many moons ago. There was no "degree" offered for parapsychology, but there was for psychology. Wish they would have offered a "paranormal studies" certificate.  :)
