I stumbled across this article the other day and thought I would share it with our PPI forum family.

There is a notice prominently displayed at the National University of Singapore warning students and faculty of a headless ghost wandering around the top of the Federal Building at the school's Bukit Timah campus. Other campus spirits reportedly switch lights on and off in a dormitory, throw desks and chairs around and create the sound of a host of Japanese soldiers marching through the corridors. Here's a link to the story.
