Hey Guys,
I was wondering about something. Is there a list of all the current theories of the paranormal?
I have heard of a few. Maybe you have heard of more.
Here are the ones I have heard about,

Paranormal activity is more active in places of high limestone and quartz geology.
Paranormal activity is more active in places near sources of water.
Paranormal activity is more active in places near railroad tracks.
Paranormal activity is more active in places that are going through reconstruction or rentivation.
Paranormal activity is more active in places near Ley Lines.
Paranormal activity is more active in places of tragic events.
Paranormal activity is more active around mirrors.
Spirits have a electromagnetic field.

Can you add to this list?

Sounds interesting...Go on.

I can add a few theories pulled out of the common wisdom, though I don't necessarily believe them all:

  • Paranormal activity is more active during a full moon.
  • Paranormal activity is more active after an electrical storm.
  • Paranormal activity is more active just before tragic events occur.
  • Paranormal activity is more active around Native American burial grounds.

Here are some truisms of paranormal activity I've noticed from our cases.  I don't mean for any of these to sound sarcastic; I offer all of them as mere statistical observations:

  • Claims of paranormal activity occur more often in really cluttered homes.
  • Claims of paranormal activity occur more often around middle-age women who feel neglected.
  • Claims of paranormal activity occur more often around manipulative children.
  • Claims of paranormal activity occur more often around people who believe they are sensitive.
  • Claims of paranormal activity occur more often around people with a lot of prescription drugs in their medicine cabinet.
  • Claims of paranormal activity occur more often around practicing Catholics.
  • Claims of Native American burial grounds occur more often around paranormal activity, regardless of historical accuracy or relevance.

If you want to end your misery, start enjoying it, because there's nothing the universe begrudges more than our enjoyment.

Whoops!  I forgot this one:

Paranormal activity is more active around pets.

LOL!
Very Good Karl.
I think that this is a great start to making a list of current theories about the paranormal.
I'll be looking for more. The more we have the better the list will become.
I think a list of paranormal folklore is also a good thing to make a topic.

Sounds interesting...Go on.
