Has anyone investigated the Cliffhanger?

My friend an I went up toArowhead for the fun of it today,and while my friend tried on clothesa local and the store owner were chatting about restuarants, and the Cliffhanger came up. I have never seen it open, but the local, and the shop opener assured me that it has a sad history of opening for short periods of time, and closing down. Perhaps it just has a real ugly mortgage, but the local mentioned the last owner hung himself, and there are rumors that it's haunted.
