This is a fun survey.  :) I'm about halfway through, but it's enjoyable to watch it in increments. I don't disagree with any of the ghost photo explanations. They seem right on track.  <:up  In general, with some rare exceptions of images captured under controlled conditions (and they're only as credible as the people who took 'em), most photos of putative spirits I've reviewed are either pareidolia, misinterpretations, or outright fakes.
