You know, its just not really work when you get to do cool shit like this.
I'm spending the night at the park because I got off work at 10 tonight and have to start at 6 tomorrow.  So to save some time and get a little more sleep, I decided to just take a tent and spend the night.  We have an overnight, which I was working this evening and tomorrow morning anyways.   Its actually pretty cool.  I get to listen to all the animal sounds.  Our male lion just finished sounding off.  Crowned crains are going off right now.  Plus crickets, frogs, etc.  As an added bonus, I'll get to watch the sun come up over our East Africa enclosure, which is about 100 acres.
And given the cloud cover tonight, the morning sunrise should look something like this:

(I took this at the park about 6am a year or so ago)

Wow!  Wow!  Did I say, Wow?

Just looking at that picture you took, brought my stress level down to zero.

Ahhhh.....thank you so much for that relaxation break.

Heaven won't take me and hell's afraid I'll take over.

Lucky you. What a beautiful scene.

I spent the night at the Wild Animal Park several years ago with my granddaughter.  It was called "Roar and Snore".  We loved it.  It was so cool to camp out right next to the animal enclosure and see them first thing in the morning.  We got to get up close and personal.   It was quite an experience especially for my granddaughter (and for me too).  I would love to do it again.  But, my granddaughter is 19 and has better things to do - like college and work.

Good camera, great photographer.  I hope Glenn and I aren't breaking any copyright laws by having your photo as our desktop background.... :)
