Trying to access your case report? Need help?
If your investigation has been conducted, and the work of evidence analysis has lead to the completion of a case report, then you've probably been contacted by PPI to review your Report.
On-line reports can be access with two crucial pieces of information: A Case Number In order to ensure confidentiality and anonymity, your case has been assigned a 9-digit number that is part of the internet address where your on-line report awaits. E.g.: www.pacificparanormal.com/evidence/000_000000/ You should have been given this case number by a Case Manager, or you have received an e-mail with this number and a link to your report.
A Password To protect, both, the on-line report and the PDF print version that can be downloaded, each is password protected. Your password is the primary e-mail address you entered in the Prelim when you requested an investigation from PPI. You may request at any time that a different password be used.
If you experience any trouble accessing your report, don't hesitate to ask us for help. If you suspect your Password or ID have been compromised, please contact us immediately and we will issue you new ones. |
