I was wondering if anyone would investigate the Hotel San Carlos if ever given the chance.  It's rich in history, and supposedly has at least 4-6 different entities that roam the premesis.  Maybe you guys have heard about it through another program or something.  Anyway, the reason I'm asking is because last year my husband and I took a walking ghost tour through the hotel, it was fairly intriguing.  Many people thought they had caught things on camera, but the evidence was mainly "orbs".  And by the quotations, I mean that it was dust particles and bugs.  (Part of the tour took place outside.)

Certain members of the hotel staff have reported strange occurences in the hotel, and the guides claim that there is at least one entity who doesn't like his property being touched or examined.  Among the most famous of the reported hauntings of this hotel is that of a young woman, an aspiring actress, who flung herself to her death.  The guides claim that occasionally there is a faint scent of strawberries in the room where she stayed.  That was the scent she liked to wear, supposedly.  The tour took us through that room, and I'm not sure if it was just power of suggestion (I'd like to think I'm smarter than that), or if it was acutually there, but I thought I smelled the extremely faint smell of strawberries.

Another room to investigate in that hotel would be the basement, where supposedly two small children died.  The hotel was used as a school at one point before the school moved down the street, but supposedly some children died and got confused so they went back to the hotel.

Anyway, I think it'd be nice if they could have an actual investigation done, rather than have a group of so-called psychics walk through and do their acting job thing.
