PPI Karl

Infamous Lewis Carrollus, my friend--or some such jabberwocky. ;).
If you want to end your misery, start enjoying it, because there's nothing the universe begrudges more than our enjoyment.

Very good, Karl. Of course, Lewis Carroll was only a pen name... but can you tell me, how is a raven like a writing desk?  ???

Funny this should come up now, as I'm watching Kaw on the SciFi Channel.

I've seen loads of fun sites dedicated to answers, the point of the question is always to come up with your own.  So, here's my paltry attempt:

How is a raven like a writing desk?  Because, wherever they gather, unkindness is inevitable.  (This one's subtle.)
If you want to end your misery, start enjoying it, because there's nothing the universe begrudges more than our enjoyment.

Good one, Karl. A clever play on words.

Your answer is much better than the others I've read over the years. Even old LC had to admit he didn't have a satisfactory answer to the riddle. One of the more widely known ones is..."Because Poe wrote on both."   :)

Hope all is well.
