Precisely what the mystery critter is, I don't know; but it's sure to provoke a lot of controversy in the coming weeks.

The video is grainy and perhaps a little over dramatic. Is it a fake or is it real?
Ya know....my instinct tells me it's faker than Pamela Anderson's boobies. If it is real, then WOW...but I have to go with my gut instincts on this one.
I think David is right about this one, its probably just a wolf or bear or something.
I agree with Dave and Brian. The footage is clearly too out of focus to even think about taking this footage seriously. I mean at first, it appeared to me to look like a gorilla or a bear. Then when it moves to the left of the camera screen (which would be it's right), you can't even make out a solid image. It's just a big black mass all bunched together that appears to be moving, and yet again you can't really make out what is moving. Which leads me to the conclusion to follow my gut, saying this is nothing paranormal, or anything related to crytpo zoology. I think whoever sent in this footage containing this so called monster, either was looking for publicity, or had a serious bad case of matrixing :-\.
It's been declared a hoax. Read all about it in the link Dave provided above: http://www.michigan-dogman.com/gablefilm-intro.html.
Well I am glad to hear the notery of the subject at hand here, truly is a hoax. It's just amazing how a piece of footage such as this, can be blown so far out of proportion just for publicity, and yet people go with it. Just flat out ticks me off. This has been going on for a very long time, and sadly enough we all know it's going to continue.
