I think we all know what happened here. But just in case, This was the site of one of the most famous battles in the civil war. People report hearing gunshots, canon fire, and the sound of bugles from the old battlefield. Also, some people say they have seen troops marching to the aid of their fellow countrymen or even wounded soilders.
This would definitely be a great place to investigate. Not only Gettysburg, but anything having to do with the 13 colonies. Lots of history, colonial buildings, and residual hauntings...
We could always pull up stakes and all move back east! ::)
I'm in! ;D

Ahhh!
Don't scare me like that, Dave. It's late. I'll get nightmares. :)

I already have nightmares. They have been going on since the year 2000.
Are they ever going to end?

Yes, in 2008! ;D
I want one of those bumper stickers that say: "Is it 2008 yet?"
Brian Miller
It better be. Cause I just saw the south park episode where Stan refused to vote.
His choices were between a Big Douche or a Turd sandwich ;D
I hope 2008 doesn't give me that same choice.

I've been here. We went out very late at night and I did hear weird noises that sounded like canon way off in the distance. The strangest thing was a photo we took that had a single, very bright light show up. Where it showed there were no roads (so it couldn't have been a headlight), there are no street lights in the park, it was too late for fireflies (there's are green there anyways and this is a yellowish light) and the moon was not out. Really strange. I also saw a woman walk across the adjoining dining room to ours in Civil war attire at the Farnsworth Inn. We were the only ones in the area. I hope to get out there again this summer as I recently discovered my great, great, great grandfather fought with the 4th Texas on East cavalry field at Gettysburg. East Cavalry Field is supposed to be one of several very active areas in Gettysburg.
