I just ran across this brief note on the internet. I have never heard anything about this place.
"Built in 1866, this building was once frequented by such names as Wyatt Earp. There are said to be tunnels underneath the building, leading to other hotels in the area, allowing for either an escape, or quick getaway. The building is plagued by hissing sounds and footsteps. Many also feel as though they are constantly being watched."

Very interesting...maybe something to look into?
Always on the prowl for an interesting haunt, so to speak.
That sounds cool. What is at that location now?
I know Wyatt Earp owned a bar around that area.
The place that I know was right across from Horton Plaza in San Diego.
If there are tunnels they might be connected.

Is the bar still there, or was it torn down and rebuilt?
I believe it is still there. It was pointed out to me some years ago while I was on a field trip. I think it is or it is next to the steak house across from Horton Plaza Park.

This one too is good to go back and see if I may be a good investigation.

Huh? ??? ;D
Does this place still exist? If so we should look into it.
I believe they're still in business. It's in the gaslamp quarter, in downtown San Diego.
Are there any reports of paranormal activity?
