Built in 1917, the Santa Rita was once luxurious hotel that served many travelers in Tucson, Arizona. Time has taken its toll on the property, and plans to restore it to its former glory have been cast aside. As the owners prepare to sell the graffiti-tagged property to Tucson Electric Power, which plans to have the building demolished, the possible current spiritual tenants may be doing a little spooky protesting.

Spirits being locked up by the ghost of an American Indian? I don't know about this one: leaps abound taken from the media, it would seem. I wonder if there's any hard evidence of this fellow throwing things around rooms like Allen claims. And his name is Ferguson, no less. I always have to stop and think how these people feel about making claims like this, saying, without any doubt, that such places are definately and absolutely haunted, knowing that there is no evidence to do so. Where is the logic in such a thing? And the promise of future hauntings in any sturcture built there seems pretty dangerous to credibility as well, but from what I gather, they don't care much about that. Lemme know if you find anything else about this.
