Has anyone heard about the Our Gang Curse?
Apparently, many of the Our Gang cast have met a untimely death?
Do you think there is anything to this?
No.
Other than Alphafa's cowlick, no.

There are other similar type stories. Like the cast of the movies "Poltergeist", "Rebel without a Cause", etc. They all met an untimely death. Any others anyone can think of?
Sorry Dave. I totally hijacked your thread. No FLIR for Christmas for me. :'(
But Tracy,
Can't you see that Dave has a FLIR for things like this. ;D
There were more than a few mysterious deaths involved with the original Exorcist too.

No, we don't use it for ghost hunting. We use it to see if we have a fever, and also to have some fun with our flatulence.
LOL! ;D
Who can forget the fart named Roger.

Timmeh, Timmeh, Timmeh...you are such a cornball! :D
I didn't write the following, but I wish I had. ;D
Regarding the "Our Gang Curse", If one were to choose any group of thirty or so people born in the U.S. in the 1920s and 1930s and follow them through the course of their lives, it wouldn't be the least bit unusual to find that several of those people died well short of the average life expectancies of their times due to disease, accident, homicide, or suicide. People get sick, die in accidents, and kill each other (or themselves) all the time; these are the facts of life (no pun intended), sad as they are. Such deaths may be tragedies, but they're hardly outside the pale of ordinary human experience.
Having said that, a lot of them certainly died relatively young.
I met the bully, Butch, a few years ago at Wal-Mart signing autographs and selling Our Gang videos. He was in poor health. But, it was good to see him. He still looked the same, only much older. I got a chance to tell him how much I enjoyed Our Gang as a kid and as an adult. He died a few months later. It's a shame so many of them died so young. Love the Little Rascals!!
Hi Linda,
That's cool that you got to meet him. Also very sad to hear that he passed away shortly after that. The Little Rascals are timeless, aren't they?
I still love to watch them. Shirley Temple movies and I Love Lucy too. I never get tired of them.
I too still like to watch the our gang movies. I think my favorite is the one where they tried to stay the night in a haunted house.
