That is a reflection of a person head looking up at the fish and or the shark in the tank.
The same thing can be reproduced if you were to go to seaworld.

Well, when you look at the rag mag that is running the story, that pretty much says it all. Heck, the National Enquirer is more reliable than The Sun. ::)

actually now that you say that, it does look more like a photoshoped pic...amazing i spend years in school learnig photoshop and other programs, and a doctored photo isnt the first place i go...strange things do happen
