Title: Current theories for investigating the paranormal
Post by: PPI Tim on September 18, 2008, 01:03:39 PM
Hey Guys,
I was wondering about something. Is there a list of all the current theories of the paranormal?
I have heard of a few. Maybe you have heard of more.
Here are the ones I have heard about,

Paranormal activity is more active in places of high limestone and quartz geology.
Paranormal activity is more active in places near sources of water.
Paranormal activity is more active in places near railroad tracks.
Paranormal activity is more active in places that are going through reconstruction or rentivation.
Paranormal activity is more active in places near Ley Lines.
Paranormal activity is more active in places of tragic events.
Paranormal activity is more active around mirrors.
Spirits have a electromagnetic field.

Can you add to this list?
Tim

I can add a few theories pulled out of the common wisdom, though I don't necessarily believe them all:

Here are some truisms of paranormal activity I've noticed from our cases.  I don't mean for any of these to sound sarcastic; I offer all of them as mere statistical observations:

Whoops!  I forgot this one:

Paranormal activity is more active around pets.

LOL!
Very Good Karl.
I think that this is a great start to making a list of current theories about the paranormal.
I'll be looking for more. The more we have the better the list will become.
I think a list of paranormal folklore is also a good thing to make a topic.
