California Ghosts by Rob and Anne Wlodarski is available through G-Host Publishing. I was "tuned in" to this book by the Author Rob W.  I was doing research for a supposed haunted paranormal location in Pasadena California. Rob was very gracious in allowing me to use excerpts from his book, and investigation documents. I love reading about local haunts from the people that actually investigated the locations first hand.

Lol, sorry for the non- response. I have been busy dealing with the Sacramento State Library trying to get a pre-1900 newspaper article for a UFO sighting witnessed by 3 separate persons in California.
